Mindfulness Mondays with the Lawyer Assistance Program

In times like these, it is important to stop and ask yourself how you are feeling. Give yourself the gift of self-care by attending our free virtual wellness programs hosted by our Lawyer Assistance Program (LAP), offered monthly. We all need encouragement, and hope that these programs will inspire you to make wellness a priority. There is no more important investment than you! LAP programs are open to judges, attorneys, and law students.
