Membership to the Nassau County Bar Association is open to any attorney who is admitted to the New York State Bar, or any current student in an accredited law school. Annual dues vary depending on the category of membership, and can be found on the

Regular Membership: For attorneys admitted to the Bar for more than five years. Membership Application

Associate Membership: For attorneys admitted to the Bar more than five years, but who have neither an office nor a residence in Nassau County. Associate Members may not vote or hold office in NCBA (you may choose Regular Membership instead). Membership Application

Junior First Membership: Attorneys who are newly admitted to the Bar (one year or less) pay only the $20 application fee. Dues are waived from your date of admission to the Bar to your first anniversary date of admission. If you are a Law School graduate who has not yet been admitted to the New York State Bar, please select Student Membership. Membership Application

Junior Membership: For attorneys admitted to the Bar one to five years. Membership Application

Student Membership: For current law school students. Student membership applies until date of admission to the Bar. Notify us when you have been admitted to the Bar–we will waive your dues from your date of admission to your first anniversary date–our gift to you! Membership Application

Paralegal: Must provide paralegal certification or proof of employment from a supervising attorney; and must provide a letter from an attorney in good standing in New York State. May not vote or hold office in NCBA. Membership Application
