Employment Dispute Resolution

This subcommittee established a protocol. The purpose of the protocol is to provide a fair, impartial, expeditious, thorough and inexpensive "due process" method of resolving statutory employment disputes by the use of NCBA qualified EDR Neutrals. The Protocol is also intended to provide administration, development, training and implementation of a statutory employment dispute resolution program organized to be accepted and recognized by the courts and administrative agencies having jurisdiction of such matters and by private parties as well. It is dedicated to providing to all the parties concerned in employment disputes a fair, sound and complete alternative method of resolving such disputes.
