Free Wellness Wednesdays Programs

“Wellness Wednesdays" is a free membership benefit that provides NCBA members with a forum to learn about and explore various ways to improve personal physical, mental and spiritual health. Members are introduced to stress management methods, gentle physical exercise, nutritional guidance, quiet meditation, and discussions concerning issues in a lawyer’s life. 
 
The Lawyer Assistance Program Committee and the Membership Committee co-sponsor the Wellness Wednesdays Program.
