A unique feature of the NCBA is Domus, an exquisitely designed representation of feudal architecture, located in Mineola, the Nassau County Seat. Domus features the Great Hall, meeting and conference rooms, and a fine restaurant where members dine with both colleagues and clients. It is one of only 4 bar associations in the country that has its own building with in-house dining facilities.
Attorneys, legal professionals, judges and their clients and guests mingle in a more casual atmosphere outside the courtroom at the Dining Room at Domus, the headquarters of the Bar Association.
Lunch is served five days a week in Domus’ attractive, traditional style Dining Room from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. In addition to a fine selection of regular menu items, the new, elaborate salad bar features a sumptuous display of fresh greens, an assortment of rolls baked daily and a wide variety of accoutrements to create that perfect salad. Each weekday features a different Chef Action Station, where your entree is cooked to your order while you wait. The Chef’s Choice hot entrees are also available.
